Eligibility
Refunds apply to paid Cloudapiflow enrollments confirmed by invoice or written confirmation. Informational prices on this website do not create a purchase until we confirm your seat in writing.
Timeframe
Request a full refund at least 7 full days before the cohort or clinic start date. Requests received fewer than 7 days before start are evaluated for partial credit only.
Full refund conditions
A full refund is available when (1) you cancel in writing within the timeframe above, (2) Cloudapiflow cancels the program, or (3) we cannot provide a comparable alternative date within 60 days of the original start.
Partial refund conditions
If you withdraw after the program starts but before the midpoint, you may receive up to 40% of fees as account credit toward a future Cloudapiflow program within 12 months. After the midpoint, fees are generally non-refundable.
Non-refundable items
Third-party software licenses, travel costs, and custom materials produced specifically for your organization under a scoped engagement are non-refundable once work has begun. No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable.
Refund process
Email [email protected] with your name, program name, start date, and payment reference. We confirm receipt within two business days and outline next steps.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days using the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution.
Cancellations by Cloudapiflow
If we cancel, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another date at no extra seat fee for the same program tier.
Exceptions
Documented medical emergencies or government-mandated travel restrictions may qualify for flexible rescheduling or credit outside the standard window, at our reasonable discretion.
